About the YLeader Program
Choosing a college is a life-defining moment. The YBLA YLeader program is designed to prepare Black students and their parents for college admissions, make ‘right fit’ college choices, and help them secure college scholarships.
The YLeader program leverages technology to allow Black students and parents to virtually access one-on-one college advising, college preparation workshops and hands-on labs, and ACT & SAT Test prep. The program provides students and parents direct access to college admissions professionals from colleges from around the nation. The program also provides students opportunities to earn monthly scholarships through community service challenges.

YLeader Program Requirements
Black 11th or 12th Grade high school student
Students must have a minimum, cumulative, weighted GPA of 3.0
YLeader Program Costs
Financial aid is available based on circumstances.
